1. English Language Acculturation Program (ELAP)

ELAP is an in-house English maintenance and improvement program for employees focusing on specific individual conditions, difficulties, requirements and goals carried out through acculturation, consultation, counseling, and realistic socialization.

 

Concepts behind ELAP

·        Process: Language Learning through a continuous and natural process

·        Time Availability: Each participant has his or her own schedule

·        Effectiveness: Personalized approach without disrupting day-to-day office activities

·        Efficiency: Optimum talking time  = more practice = better result
